Absolutely delicious homemade tomato and lentil soup. Very friendly staff. Gravel path which adds a little challenge to a wheelchair, but well worth it!

Nice coffee and cheese scone. Staff friendly. No chef on when we went which was a little gutting, food looked great online. Need more outside seating, beautiful day when we go there and only a handful of spaces outside already taken. In general though lovely surroundings with all the plants from the centre. I’d be back for sure

A lovely little find for us today, with amazing homemade cakes in the quaint coffee shop.

Always looking for somewhere new, nothing big and corporate. This was one of those quirky small business tea rooms that also cater for Gluten free diets. Within the garden centre called Big Plant Nursery ltd here in Hole south of Ashington we have passed this without knowing many times so today made that effort. Very pleasant surroundings, tasty food with ample choices. Knowledgable and attentive staff. Certainly recommended and another place to come back to when passing.

This tea room is situated in the big plant nursery so it really is in a Jungle. They make their own cheese and blueberry scones which are great. The cakes are amazing. They do a soup of the day and lunches too. They serve the tea in decent sized pots. Very friendly. Great! Open Wednesday through to Sunday inclusive.

My wife does not normally give anything higher than an 8 or 9 out of ten, her baked potato with mushrooms and stilton got a twelve out of ten, my stilton and ham ploughman's got 10 out of 10

Stopped here on a bike ride on a chilly day in November . It was toasty warm with friendly staff , a great selection of cakes and great service. I had the Granola and Cranberry bar which was delicious. And its very reasonably priced which is my main thing when it comes to cafe stops 💰💰💰

Happened to drive past this and noticed the sign on the way home, popped back the next day with my dog and was not disappointed. Lovely little garden centre full of tropical and interesting plants, making it more interesting than a normal garden centre. It's dog friendly and I had a delicious homemade cheese scone with chutney and cream cheese along with an iced coffee which was very reasonably priced and the cafe staff were very helpful and friendly.

Great service, competitive pricing and wonderful cake to go with the excellent coffee. All served in a unique environment amongst the palm trees ang foliage of the Big Plant Nursery. We will be back to sample the breakfast and lunch menus. Came back with friends and had a fantastic early lunch. Great food and super service
