Staff are always really helpful and cheerful. Which must be difficult seeing as this site is still struggling to keep the carwash and jet wash working. I have called in on my way back from dropping my daughter at College, once a week (different days) over the past two months and not once have either the carwash or jet wash been working. Not sure why they actually bother to have them there at all. As I then have to visit the car wash at Broadbridge Heath Tesco, I make my fuel purchase there, instead of filling up at this BP. It is less convenient to fill up a Tesco as it is further from my home but as I have to stop there for the car wash, I may as well take advantage of the cheaper fuel price. I am not alone in this. Your loss BP.

Car wash works occasionally, I've had the brush wash break down when I was in the car inside the wash. I've had the jet wash spray me with water due to a leak in the hose - it is the worse place imaginable for reliability. ** Brush wash STILL not working weeks later and no-one working on fixing it **

I usually find everyone who works here really pleasant. However, today as I was buying ingredients for work I realised I had quite a lot to carry, more than expected so asked if I could buy a bag. Bought with good intentions to re use it at work. I was told they cost 15p and was that ok. I said yes. The lady serving next to him said ‘I would charge £2 if it was down to me’. The guy serving me said a few other comments I didn’t hear and then said ‘have you seen that David Attenborough documentary? Perhaps I should add your name onto this bag so you can see it’s yours when it’s wrapped around a turtles neck’. I felt incredibly un comfortable and thought this was really rude and decided to leave as soon as I could and won’t be shopping there again.

These guys have invented a revolutionary creation. Who could have thought to put a shop selling food next to a fuel station so that when you pay for fuel, you can also buy food. Absolutely genius.

Very handy pit stop just of the a24. Plenty of toilets here and in very good order/always clean and tidy. Plenty of petrol pumps and of course fine Mark's and Spencer's food. One of my favourite service stations. Fantastic staff also.

My colleague and I came in to buy lunch for the sales team where we work. It was a large order and Gerry packed it perfectly into one carrier bag which I thought couldn't be done. The POS system hung due to the high number of meal deals. Gerry was so patient with us and in the end had to re scan and repack the entire shop, which she did with a smile and the patience of a saint ... she should be employee of the month in my opinion thanks Gerry

Petrol is a little bit pricey, not motorway prices but at least 1p or 2p than other petrol stations on the A24. The M&S shop is excellent but is again pricey and carries a wide selection of the more expensive M&S options, but this is to be expected of a petrol station supermarket convenience store. Staff are friendly, the skip is clean and tidy.
