Bought 2018 Ford focus estate. Few teething problems but really really pleased with car and overall service.

I bought a car last year but stayed away from the feedback just in case I have to get the car back to them. I was a new driver and found them quite rude I was told i can test drive the car only if i would really buy it. The car that i purchased was not even cleaned ,had webs on the mirror and marks inside which I had to remove. They were in alot of hurry to send me away with the car . Even after knowing I am a new driver and me asking for the controls,I felt very unwelcomed on my very few could questions. There was a chirp on the front wind shield which i failed to notice during purchase. The very next working day when i reportedit, I was told to call the maintenance department. In my opinion,if there was a problem with the sale,it should be fixed by sales. The maintenance anyways put a celar glue on the chirp. They have a good collection of cars but i felt a very unwelcomed attitude.

I've been taking my cars here for years to be serviced (all makes and models) and I cannot fault them. Always a friendly and competively priced service. I have recommended them to plenty of people. Keep up the good work.
